  • Mr. Bhaskar Chakraborty, serves as independent Director and Chair of the Board. He was appointed as a Director of Aurexol Incorporated, USA in 2025. He also serves as Vice President of R&D Procurement at AbbVie Inc. Mr. Chakraborty, brings his years of organizational leadership experience supporting Aurexol’s early phase setup and establishing a dynamic culture.

  • Dr. Anil Chaudhary joined Aurexol’s Board as an independent Director. He worked as a postdoctoral associate at The Ohio State University (1987) and Georgia State University (1989), authoring numerous international research papers and securing patents in the US, Europe, and India.

    With over 40 years of experience, he brings extensive expertise in R&D, production, and marketing within the pharmaceutical, agrochemical, cosmetic, and food industries. Dr. Anil Chaudhary has a proven track record of creating customized, innovative and high value products for customers globally.

  • Dr. Inamdar is an independent Director and Chair of the Scientific Research and Development Committee. He holds PhD. in Oleochemicals from ICT, Mumbai. Dr. Inamdar has developed numerous specialty chemicals and served as strategic management consultant to small businesses for 49 years in India.

Chief Executive Officer

  • Udit Kanoi was appointed as a Chief Executive Officer in and member of the Board. He has 10-years of cross-functional experience acquired in multiple management roles. Since his appointment, Aurexol has seen a transformational change in business operations, brand development and improved financials. Prior to Aurexol, Mr. Kanoi served in various management roles in specialty chemicals and pharmaceuticals manufacturing in the United States as well as India.
