Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations including ledger management, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

  • Conduct financial data analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings.

  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.

  • Support audit processes by preparing schedules and providing required documentation.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for business growth and strategy.

  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s (B.Com.) or Master’s (M.Com.) degree in Commerce or related field.

  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial analysis.

  • Proficient in accounting & ERP software (Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar).

  • Strong MS Excel skills with the ability to create complex financial models.

  • Knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and other applicable financial regulations.

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
