Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations including ledger management, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Conduct financial data analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
Support audit processes by preparing schedules and providing required documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for business growth and strategy.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s (B.Com.) or Master’s (M.Com.) degree in Commerce or related field.
3-4 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial analysis.
Proficient in accounting & ERP software (Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Strong MS Excel skills with the ability to create complex financial models.
Knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and other applicable financial regulations.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team under tight deadlines.
