Administrative Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as handling emails, maintaining filing systems (both electronic and paper), and responding to phone inquiries.

  • Ability to co-ordinate with banking, local government and administrative related services.

  • Communicate, reply to administrative emails and manage meetings calendar.

  • Prepare reports, draft correspondence, and assist with presentations and other documents as required.

  • Create and manage purchase, shipping and mailing documents.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, arts, communications, or a related field is preferred, though not always mandatory.

  • 0-2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role is commonly required.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Accounting and other relevant software.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Professional demeanor and a positive attitude; ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
